FAQ
1. Where are you located?
I am located inside Pure Bliss Salon in Avon. We are a yellow brick building when you’re coming off the freeway we will be down 3 blocks on the left hand side, right across from American Heritage Bank.
2. Where do I park?
You can park right in front of the building, along the side of the building or across the building in front of / next to the bank.
3. What happens if I’m 5-10 minutes late?
If you are going to be late PLEASE send me a message to give me a heads up. We may have to reschedule or forgo some of your services pending on the type of appointment you have. You will still be charged for the full service. So please show up on time as I look forward to treating you as you look forward to some pampering.
4. What types of payments do you accept?
I will accept all forms of payment; cash, all major debit and credit cards. I will only take a check if I’ve been seeing you for at least a year and feel confident about it.
Policies
Late Cancellations
I respectfully ask that if you need to cancel your appointment please give me 24-48 hours of advanced notice so I can fill your spot. If there is a family emergency or a sickness, I will excuse your first one as a FREEBIE. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the appointment prior to any future bookings.
No Show Appointments
No show clients are those that don’t show up for their scheduled appointment time without any communication. They will be responsible to pay 50% of the appointment prior to any future bookings.
Children Accompanying
As I have kids of my own, I am a family friendly stylist. As I rent my own space that means space is limited. We do have a waiting area where they can be, if age appropriate. Otherwise, please make arrangements with another adult to accompany your child(ren) if you must bring them with. If they become too much of a distraction to myself or other stylists we will end the appointment where it’s best and we will reschedule at a later date to finish your services.
